RICK'S MISSION
Putting Experience to Work
for Loudon County
Loudon County is at a crossroads. Families are feeling the pressure of rising costs, yet county spending continues to grow with too little transparency and oversight. Rick Dramm is running for County Commission to restore accountability, demand responsible budgeting, and ensure that county government works for the people who pay the bills. He believes taxpayers deserve clear answers, open records, and leaders who treat public dollars with the same care they use in their own households.
Rick’s focus is straightforward: end blank-check spending, make county budgets and audits fully accessible online, and slow growth until infrastructure and planning catch up. He is committed to respectful, open meetings where every citizen can be heard and free speech is protected. Loudon County doesn’t need more politics as usual — it’s time to rotate the crops and put taxpayers first.

Dramm Calls Out
'Bad Governance' in Home Assessments
Rick Dramm
Bad Governance! This home is assessed at $551,700! That's $288 price per square foot, and that's ridiculous! The true market value is somewhere between $450,000 and $475,000. While I realize the tax rate is down this year, what happens if the operational costs of the new school, in Loudon County, which still haven't been divulged yet, exceed expectations and taxes get raised 10%? 10% on an overvalued appraisal is a lot more than 10% on a correctly valued home. These assessments will be with us for 4 years, regardless of war, inflation, prices, or interest rates.

A Night with LCSD
Rick Dramm
Great night supporting our great men and women in blue! What a fun night celebrating the "Loudon County Sheriff's Department Benevolent Fund, started by the wonderful women of the Conservative Club, now under the very capable direction of Mike Thornton and his terrific board of Patriotic citizens. We’re grateful for the continued support of those who serve and protect Loudon County.
